WHAT IS MAGIC SALT

Magic Salt is ordinary rock salt treated with Magic Minus Zero .  Magic Minus Zero is a highly
effective ice melting agent made from a patented blend of magnesium chloride combined with
an agricultural by-product of the distilling process ((i.e., grain and/or sugar based) and is
protected under U.S. patent #4,676,918.  No other liquid ice melter can make this claim.

Magic Minus Zero is non toxic, bio-degradable and has a corrosion index lower than distilled
water. Magic Minus Zero can be applied to paved surfaces in advance of a winter storm, or can
be sprayed onto regular rock salt, transforming it into Magic Salt , a highly effective ice melting
product.

Magic Salt is highly effective down to -35 degrees.   Magic Salt works faster and lasts longer,  
saving up to 50% in salt use.

Magic Minus Zero is available for purchase in the following ways:

Pre-treating of stockpiles:  Our truck equipped with a spray tank comes directly to you.  You
provide the loader and operator while we treat your salt pile at a rate of 8 gallons per ton of salt.

Bulk:  Magic Minus Zero can be shipped quite economically in 4,500 gallon tanker trucks direct
to you or purchased in smaller quantities from us.  We can load you at our facility or deliver to your
facility in 550 gallon loads.


Magic Salt is available for purchase in the following ways:

Bagged: Perfect for the contractor who uses a tailgate spreader or for the property manager doing
his/her own sidewalks.  50# and 25# bags are available in truckload quantities of  864 50# bags
or 1,728 25# bags (18 pallets) or as little as one pallet from our facility.

Bulk: Sold at our facility or delivered to yours, Magic Salt is the perfect choice for contractors,
property managers, schools, municipalities, and anyone else who wants to save money, time,
and labor.
